Stan is the Wi-Fi Service Manager for CERN, where he is responsible for the architecture, operation and evolution of the wireless network across the CERN site. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialisation in microelectronics, and joined CERN in April 2025 following more than fifteen years of experience in network engineering across enterprise and research environments.

Stan joins the CTO team of CERN openlab as CTO for Networks, assisting with the network technologies that underpin large-scale scientific computing.
