Viktoria Doneva from Skopje, R. Macedonia, is currently pursuing her B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering at The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, R. Macedonia. At CERN, she works on data analysis at the LHCb experiment. Her project focuses on testing and developing algorithms for multivariate data analysis, that separate signal processes from abundant backgrounds. Of particular interest is the new MatrixNet (Yandex) algorithm, in terms of monitoring and optimizing it's performance when challenged with particle physics data. Her fields of interest for further education and research include: image processing, robotics, algorithm development, cognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
