Srikanth holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, USA and a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Amrita University, India. He specializes in FPGAs, having spent time at the research center, NSF Center for High-Performance Reconfigurable Computing (CHREC) and in the industry at Hypres and Qualcomm. Now as an ICE-DIP fellow, he is exploring FPGA Data Acquisition systems, Acceleration of High Energy Physics algorithms, CPU-FPGA integration and their programming models. Other interests outside technology include Economics, Cognitive Biases and its effects.
